What is WordCamp?
WordCamps are volunteer-organized and Foundation sanctioned conferences, for the free and open source publishing content management and application framework system that powers over 43% of the web.
Since 2006, WordPress community members have organized a total of 1,145 WordCamps in 382 cities, 65 countries, and 6 continents.
WordCamp Asia, as one of the 3 flagship WordCamps in the world, represents the largest gatherings organized by the WordPress community. In addition to providing opportunities to learn the latest WordPress technologies and share experiences, these events allow participants to establish long-lasting networks and explore business opportunities.

- Visa-Exempt Entry: Taiwan extends visa-exemption privileges to citizens from 65 countries, permitting them to enter Taiwan without the need for a visa.
- ROC Travel Authorization Certificate: Nationals of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam may be eligible for online application for ROC Travel Authorization Certificate.
- Special eVisa through WordCamp Asia: For individuals not covered by the above categories, a special eVisa can be applied for through WordCamp Asia.
- Gold Card in Digital Fields: Individuals who meet certain criteria can apply for a Gold Card, granting them entry into Taiwan regardless of their nationality.
